Cpi 2024 Dates. City average series for all items, not seasonally adjusted. Goods inflation was a major contributor to the rise in the cpi back in 2021, but been a negative contributor since july 2023.
The final inflation reading for 2024 (covering december) will be released early in the new year on 15 january 2025. The consumer prices index including owner occupiers’ housing costs (cpih) rose by 3.1% in the 12 months to july 2024, up from 2.8% in june 2024.
